Note: Locations for which greater than 50% of indicators were consistent were considered to be consistent overall. Using this criterion, 50 of the 57 locations (88%) were consistent across indicators. Rathedaung locations were the least consistent at 67% (4/6), with Buthidaung 92% consistent (11/12) and Maungdaw 90% consistent (35/39)
