  1. a Scores from the ZLDSI are based on the degree to which the respondent is bothered by 13 symptoms in the past 15 days. Responses are scored 0 to 3, and a total sum score ranges from 0 to 39
  2. b Scores from the CES-D are based on a 20-item self-report assessment, slightly modified for this study [18]. Responses are scored 0 to 3, and a total sum score ranges from 0 to 60
