As a patient in this healthcare centre you have the following rights:
1. The right not to be discriminated against because of age, gender, disability, political beliefs, refugee status, or ethnic background
2. The right to receive respectful and dignified care
3. The right to receive high quality care; care that is safe, effective, efficient, timely, and equitable
4. The right to receive care at no cost
5. The right to be informed about and involved in decision making on your plan of care
6. The right to privacy and confidentiality; your health information will be protected
7. The right to share concerns and have them addressed; and have access to a feedback and response mechanism
