  1. These figures were obtained from FUCHIA following its restoration.
  2. "Consultations" were all HAART consultations.
  3. "Delayed" were defined as missing an assigned appointment by more than 7 days.
  4. "Lost to Follow Up" was a standard FUCHIA outcome for missing an appointment by more than one month.
  5. "Transferred out", also standard FUCHIA outcome, meant a formal transfer to another health center.
